In the rolling hills of southern Lake County you will find a small town steeped in Florida history called Clermont. Since its inception as a citrus growing area in 1884, Clermont has blossomed into one of central Florida’s leading tourism towns.

The addition of the Citrus Tower in 1956 solidified Clermont’s bid to become just that, a town centered on tourism. From the top of this over 50 year old, 226 foot high Citrus Tower you can see sprawling residential communities that have grown from the citrus groves that once blanketed the landscape. At more than 500 feet above sea level, the top of the Citrus Tower is the highest vantage point in all of Florida.
